		<description>It is a shame to see Chris, Ron, and Jim depart the paper.  They should be very proud of their remarkable accomplishments and take the lessons learned to their next greater opportunity.

Sometimes, companies feel that they need to change, and those of us on the outside cannot understand the daily interactions.

The SD Trib is better for having been an innovator, and these thought leaders will bring tremendous value to their next turn at the wheel.

Bravo to both the paper and these gents for doing what they did.

I&#039;ve long admired their progressive activities.</description>
