Newspapers can be successful going vertical if they get their sales organization to understand how to sell the value of their audience and understand how different segments of their audience are more beneficial than others. It's not the size of the audience it's their intentions that are important. On top of selling, they are going to need to learn how to set expectations, explain results and refine the plan to increase results. Nice piece Peter.
