Confidence score's are a great idea towards cleaning up the noise out there, but I'm not confident about the role "recent updates" of data should play. So many small businesses simply do not need to update any of their profile info at any kind of regular frequency, once they finally do have it set properly across all the data providers. Or might it become another SEO factor ripe for gaming? I can imagine locksmiths everywhere updating their info on a daily basis.
