		<description>This is indeed an interesting sign that the race to own the news space has just begun. Thanks for keeping an eye out for these kinds of events, Peter - this one slipped past my radar! Indeed, I agree that it&#039;s a good indicator of the value of News, and of the local sales teams&#039; ownership of the local advertisers. Similar to how the directories ultimately ended up becoming little ad agencies for their customers - some of them now managing Google and Yahoo buys in addition to their own directory listings - I think we&#039;ll see a similar evolution occur with newspapers and local news sites as they try to build revenue streams beyond their own pages.

We are seeing strong adoption of our white-label advertorial platform with local news groups who are looking for additional revenue streams that fill the &quot;remnant revenue gap&quot; between premium banners and remnant/auction sales. The news industry seems particularly energized around experimenting with new ways to drive traffic, sales and revenue beyond what they&#039;ve considered in the past.
