I wish I had attended the conference. Curious about monetization models though...all I seem to hear about is &quot;how to get more content/how to share content&quot; but I am not hearing much about how to monetize better the traffic and content you already have. If most news publishers are still operating with about 30% of their premium/guaranteed space unsold, then they&#039;re working on the wrong problem. Make profit on what you have, then expand your footprint/traffic.

Were there any new business models discussed? @Mark Josephson? Anyone who attended? Bueller? ;-)</description>

Jared spends all day sitting in between our Outside.in for Publisher partners and our local bloggers trying to facilitate that flow.  It&#039;s sometimes a slog, but there are definitely some great examples of it really working.</description>
